We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. At this time, return shipping is paid at the customer's expense.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us ASAP if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so we may correct the issue. Contact us at email@example.com. Please include your order number when contacting.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We cannot accept returns on the following: sunglasses, hats or hair accessories, intimates or hosiery, sale items, or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds will be in the form of a store credit only. We will notify you once we’ve received your return. An e-gift card will be issued for the amount of your refund to the email address provided.
