We are an online boutique based in Louisiana. Our mailing address is PO Box 3652, Harvey, LA 70059.

I have placed an order, when will it be shipped?

Orders ship within 2-3 business days. If there are any delays in your shipment, we will notify you.

What shipping options do I have?

We currently ship using USPS mail services.

Do you ship international?

At this time we are only shipping to the US and Canada.

The 3 day processing time has passed and I have not received a tracking number, what should I do?

My order has been marked delivered, but I have not received it. What should I do?

If it has been over 24 hours from your delivered status, please contact your local post office that services your zip code first. If you need further assistance, please contact us at info@sisterstylez.com

I have received my order, but some of my items were broken or defective. What can be done?

If you receive an item that is broken or defective, please contact us by emailing info@sisterstylez.com or by texting (504)300-4590 within 48 hours. Please include your order number and a photo of the item so we may correct the issue.

I need to make changes to an order that has already been placed. How should I go about doing this?
